If you’re interested, I’ll detail the ballad of trying to get these books delivered at the bottom of the email. For now, let’s look at the big picture:

PM1n

Yep. Kickstarter. Rewards. Are. SENT!

SO WHERE’S MY STUFF, YOU NERD?

You should have gotten an email with a tracking number so you can see when your backer rewards will arrive. Give it a day or two now that it’s actually in transit to update.

If there’s an issue:

  • And it’s our fault: we’ll make it right, no problem.
  • And it’s your fault: we’ll make it right, but you’ll have to pay repeat shipping.
  • And it’s USPS’ fault: you’ll have to take it up with them, but if you’re really at your wits’ end hit us up and we’ll see what we can do.

Ready for Launch

We’ve added the Illuminated Character Sheet (With Fillable Forms) to the website. With that, we’ve just got a few things to finish up/tweak before we GO 100% DECEMBER 8TH. Speaking of, why don’t you come hang out with us that day? We’ll be at

My Parents’ Basement
22 N Avondale Rd
Avondale Estates, GA 30002

Please rest assured that My Parents’ Basement IS THE NAME OF THE RESTAURANT. THIS IS NOT MY ACTUAL PARENTS’ BASEMENT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Dr. Parcellove or, how we learned to stop worrying and overwhelm a Post Office

So USPS offers free pickup for large quantities of packages. Sounds wonderful, right?

WRONG.

It’s only wonderful if they show up. I scheduled a pickup for yesterday– nothing. I scheduled a pickup for today, paying to ensure they’d be here within a certain window. Nothing. So, thought I, the hell with ’em. I packed up my car (and, thank you dearest father, my father’s car) and we brought over 100 packages to our branch post office (the second one– the first one wanted nothing to do with us and our hundred packages. This is true. The USPS did NOT want our mail).

(Don’t be jealous of the car. The life of an Indie RPG maker is overwhelmingly glamorous).

These are labor pains– it was annoying to deal with, but very gratifying to know that we’re done not only ahead of launch but ahead of schedule. The people who have looked through their PDFs have sent us very favorable feedback, but y’all?

The book. Looks. Amazing.

We can’t wait for you to get them, and we can’t wait to see you with them (@us with pictures and we’ll share/RT you).

This is only the beginning. Thank you, as always, for your support.

See you on the 8th.
